During these winter months seasonal depression is in full swing for many people. It may be harder for seniors to stay active and engaged while the weather is cold and dreary.  The trick is finding the best indoor activities to keep older adults in high spirits.  Instead of hibernating this winter, try any of these fun activities below.

 

Get Creative

One of the best ways to stay engaged is by getting creative. There are many crafts and fun projects seniors can do to let your creativity run wild! For example, try any of these fun activities to keep those creative juices flowing.

Stay Active Indoors

With the weather being so cold and potentially unsafe for seniors, it can be hard to stay active while you’re stuck indoors. However, there are still plenty of fun activities and exercises you can try indoors. Give one of these activities a try to keep your mind and body active.
