What does it mean to be a 2026 Best of Home Care Leader in Experience?

Choosing a “Leader in Experience” means choosing one of the best home care providers in the nation-as rated by clients and caregivers in third-party satisfaction surveys.

The Best of Home Care – Leader in Experience award is the highest honor a home care provider can earn from Activated Insights, and independent experience management company. Leader in Experience is awarded based on client and caregiver satisfaction ratings collected by Activated Insights in telephone interviews.

Recipients of this award represent the top 15% of all providers participating in Activated Insights Experience Management program. These home care providers have proven that they provide quality care in nearly every satisfaction category measured. Leaders in Experience have also qualified for the Best of Home Care Provider of Choice and Best of Home Care Employer of Choice Awards.

What’s required to qualify?

• Must be committed to providing quality home care services by listening to and incorporating caregiver feedback.
• Must maintain an average client and caregiver Overall Satisfaction score of 8.9 or higher (based on a scale of 1-10).
• Must perform a minimum of two client and two caregiver satisfaction surveys per month during the previous 12 months.
• Must earn both Best of Home Care Provider of Choice and Best of Home Care Employer of Choice for the year.
