Charter Oak Home Care is pleased to announce that based on independent surveys of both our caregivers and clients we have received both the 2024 Best of Home Care® – Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice Awards from Home Care Pulse (HCP). These awards are granted to the top-ranking home care providers nationally, based on client and employee satisfaction scores gathered by HCP. We are proud to yet again be ranked among a small handful of home care providers across the country who have proven their ability to provide an exceptional working experience to employees, and the highest quality care to clients. We recognize that winning these awards is the direct result of the hard work of our entire care team.
The Provider and Employer Choice Awards are based on results from a survey firm outside our company, Home Care Pulse, which calls at random clients and caregivers each month collecting honest, unfiltered feedback. This feedback helps us continually improve but also benchmark ourselves against home care companies across New England and the Country. We believe that as we treat our care team well our care team will provide excellent service to our clients. Winning these awards is a validation of our core values of integrity, caring, excellence and service.
As we enter 2024 we are more committed than ever to our mission of providing the same quality of care at home to older adults that we would wish for ourselves. While we are grateful for these awards, we will continue to continually improve and adapt so we can best serve our Charter Oak Family.
