We are thrilled to announce that this year Charter Oak Home Care has won Employer of Choice, Provider of Choice, and in addition for the first time Leader in Experience. Each award highlights a different aspect of our company that our entire team has worked hard to earn. To win these awards, an outside survey firm Activated Insights randomly selected caregivers and clients monthly over the course of the year to call for feedback and the results were anonymously presented comparing Charter Oak Home Care to other home care agencies in our region and nationally.
Leader in Experience
Charter Oak Home Care won the The Best of Home Care – Leader in Experience award for the first time this year. The award is the highest a home care agency can earn from Activated Insights, an independent satisfaction research firm. The “Leader in Experience” is awarded based on client and caregiver satisfaction ratings collected in telephone interviews. To earn this award our client and caregiver satisfaction scores needed to be in the top 15% of agencies surveyed nationally out of hundreds of agencies and we needed to win both the Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice Awards simultaneously!
Provider of Choice
We won this award by maintaining an average client overall satisfaction score of 8.75 or higher based on a scale of 1-10 over the course of the year. While we are continually striving to improve our service, this award serves to validate the professionalism, care, and expertise we strive to provide to all our clients.
Employer of Choice
To earn this recognition we maintained an average caregiver score of 8.75 or higher for the year based on a scale of 1-10. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do and are the reason we have the reputation we enjoy today making this an extra special win.
